I’m glad you are here. I am a Harvard-trained clinical psychologist and I work with adults and teens in a warm, collaborative, and relational style.

My practice focuses on helping individuals work through transitions in life, such as loss, trauma, relationship issues, menopause, adjusting to motherhood and parenting concerns, as well as adolescent and young adult struggles. I also specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, body image issues, depression, and self-harming behavior.

Together, we will determine what treatment will be most effective for you. I offer intensive ongoing and short-term individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and consultation. I work with medication consultants, nutritionists, and physicians in a team approach as needed. In addition, I provide clinical supervision for psychotherapists.

Meetings are by appointment only. Sessions are conducted either in-person at my Bethesda office, or virtually on a secure telehealth platform. We will discuss which modality is best for you. Please contact me for information regarding COVID-19 precautions and policies.
